Join Nathan Ardaiz in his master class on Facilitating Participation!
Nathan is the son of an Italian immigrant, an uncle of two, and largely a product of his first 18 years growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. He runs Almost Any How and facilitates and coaches individuals and teams to reflect, learn and feedback more regularly, communicate more compassionately and design more collaboratively.
Almost Any How believes that inclusive and equitable leadership manifests when we build a practice of validation - seeing and hearing one another’s inner realities, when we lovingly hold space for difficult emotions, when we can allow for multiple realities to exist at any one time, and when we create a culture of inquiry and curiosity that says, “I don’t know.”
Nathan has a background in design and research, and his previous clients include the NHS, Home-Start UK, Tower Hamlets Council, UK Youth, Bond, Guy’s and St Thomas’, the Trades Union Congress and the NCT, among others. Those projects span human-centred design, leadership, systems thinking, community engagement, strategy development, co-design, non-violent communication, self and team awareness, and culture.
