Art Clubbers is back with S.Y.N.C! An exciting programme providing training, opportunity and progression to budding creatives. This brings an innovative solution to embed transferable skills into budding creatives.
We are looking to invite 50 young people from the 4 growth boroughs (Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest), in East London, to join our immersive course which we will support you to kick start or develop your career!
The 6 week immersive course is FREE and is filled with over 50 free workshops, panel talks and sessions delivered predominantly online (with a couple of in-person sessions throughout the course) by various industry professionals, experts and art business owners. This is designed for individuals between 18-30 years old, with a solid interest or background in arts & culture, to support them as creative practitioners.
Each session is 1 hour long and will cover a range of entrepreneurial, employable skills.
Examples of content include:
Arts & Culture Enterprise (led by Nat Harrison)
Business planning and Structuring (led by Hrvoje Kondvic)
Marketing and Branding guidance (led by Tomas Panek @ Google)
Finance & Funding (led by Rachael Castell @ OurPledge)
Personal Development (led by Mamta Gera)
Other transferable skills etc.
Final Showcase
Upon completion of the 6 week immersive course, you will be invited to present your work at a final showcase in East London.
Just like a creatives fair, you can showcase your work and learnings from the programme where our funders Foundation for Future London, local businesses and creatives alike are invited to spectate. This will be an opportunity to not only network with peers/like minded individuals, connect with local businesses but to also celebrate your achievements at the end of the programme!
